The challenge
Pallet handling, vehicle movement and fabrication work left loose debris on the concrete floor. Manual sweeping by production staff was difficult to keep consistent.
The deployment
VAMVACAS commissioned Beetle, mapped the available hall and scheduled two cleaning runs per 24 hours outside production activity. The deployment included operator training and maintenance support.
Reported outcomes
Gausium reports a visibly cleaner hall and substantially less manual sweeping. Cleaning became a planned routine rather than a task fitted around production. Material suitability must be assessed separately for each industrial site.
